How much does it cost to work with On-Pulse?

Pricing varies depending on your growth stage, and we will advise you on the best option for your current business model and goals. No hard sale, just true honest advice for your individual business. You may only be interested in social media, we offer our social buzz builder from £299 per month but is a stand alone package to support micro businesses. Growth packages typically start from £1,597 per month and includes a 2-3 page basic website.

Are there any setup fees?

Social Buzz Builder has no setup fee. For Growth Starter and above a customer data audit from £680 is recommended before CRM build. Additional setup fees apply for AI agents, custom tools and complex builds. Always quoted before work starts.

Is there a minimum contract length?

No. All plans are monthly. We do not lock clients in because we want to earn your business every month.

What is the customer data audit?

Accepted Answer

An analysis of your existing customer and lead data. We find your most profitable customer types, your best lead sources and where enquiries are leaking. From £680 based on database size. Approximately 8 hours of work, for a typical small business.

What is the CRM standalone fee?

If you stop using On-Pulse for marketing but want to keep your CRM, standalone access is £297 per month. Platform access and basic support only. No marketing activity included.

Question 6

What does the 15% paid ads fee cover?

Accepted Answer

Full campaign management across Meta, Google or LinkedIn. Campaign build, ad copy, targeting, weekly optimisation and reporting. The 15% applies to your actual monthly ad spend and is billed separately to your retainer.

Can't I just use AI tools and do this myself for less?

Honestly? You can try. There is a tool for SEO, a tool for social media, a tool for ads and a tool for your CRM. Most start at between £20 and £100 per month and they all promise to make marketing easy. Here is what actually happens. You sign up for three or four, spend a weekend figuring out how they work and then use about 10 percent of what they can do because nobody explained the other 90 percent. The subscriptions keep coming out. The tools do not talk to each other. Six months later you are paying more than you expected for results you cannot quite measure. AI is only as good as the person using it. Without understanding why you are doing something, how it connects to everything else and what good looks like, you are paying for a very expensive calculator and doing the maths yourself.
